StateBarWatch
has opened a full investigation into this troubling incident,
for two reasons: (1) State Bar Ethics Opinion RI-327 appears
to be in conflict with Avadenka's advertisement (click
here to see the ethics opinion); and (2) the State Bar may
have bent the rules for Avadenka, since he assisted the State
Bar in the case of Lawrence v. Van Aken by providing
testimony against StateBarWatch founder Frank Lawrence (click
here for more about the case).
