Breaking News - February 6, 2004 - A Victory for StateBarWatch - StateBarWatch.org forces Board of Law Examiner Charles Behler to correct his misrepresentation on his law firm's web site that he is "currently a member and president ...of the Michigan Board of Law Examiners".  Behler had been misrepresenting that he was the "president" of the Board of Law Examiners when, in fact, Michigan Department of Civil Rights Director Linda V. Parker is the BLE president.    

While this misrepresentation was probably an oversight on Charles Behler's part, has the State Bar denied attorney-applicants for less?  You be the judge....click here.
